Hello Eyerli, trans fatty acids are produced when fats and oils are not fully hardened. Migros therefore does not use partially hydrogenated fats and oils. The complete hardening of fats and oils does not produce trans fatty acids. In Switzerland, there is a legal requirement that the trans fatty acid content must not exceed 2% (based on the fat content).
