Not to be found in Migros for some time now, not even oven minis... Are there supply problems or is it something else?

However, without more detailed information, such as the best-before date and the batch number (starting with L), it was not possible for us to trace back the manufacturing process to determine the cause of the taste you described. We can therefore only make assumptions. As cheese is a natural product, certain fluctuations in quality cannot be completely avoided. We are aware of this. For this reason, we pay particular attention to the numerous controls that take place along the entire value chain. We also rely on standardized work steps. We are sorry that we were unable to offer the product as we had hoped within the framework of these safety precautions. As an immediate measure, we asked all departments involved to ensure that the process is followed correctly. After all, our aim is for our fondue to delight the palate. how much alcohol is contained in 800 g swiss-style tradion cheese fondue???
Hello jori 2009, thank you for your interest. Fondue contains an average of 3.8 % alcohol. As soon as the fondue is heated, the alcohol content drops sharply. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
