how much alcohol is contained in 800 g swiss-style tradion cheese fondue???

Hello jori 2009, thank you for your interest. Fondue contains an average of 3.8 % alcohol. As soon as the fondue is heated, the alcohol content drops sharply. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
