What is the MGO value of honey?
Hello Rennnnnnnee, thank you for your inquiry. Methylglyoxal is only measured in manuka honey from New Zealand. We are unable to provide any information on this for Swiss honey. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this a blossom or forest honey?
Hello Lily317, thank you for the question. The Swiss honey blend is a mixture of spring and summer honey, whereby the spring honey is mainly blossom honey and in summer forest honey is added. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
