Why is apple juice or sweet cider usually carbonated? I prefer sweet cider pure! I don't need any carbonation. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to find non-carbonated sweet cider these days. If I can't resist buying such a "watered-down" product, I always have to shake out the carbon dioxide. Even in most restaurants (including Migros restaurants), it's always spritzer, spritzer, spritzer, ad nauseam! What a shame, and they always talk about nature!

Sweet must fresh from the press really is the best! When is the season when it's available? And couldn't it be extended a little longer?
By the way, I don't know why sweet cider made from apples and pears had to be renamed "apple juice". Even "apple juice" usually contains up to 30% pear juice. And I don't like mixing it with carbon dioxide either, filtering it into clear apple juice also removes flavor, which is a shame.

We are pleased that you like our sweet cider from the press:-) Such juices are available from October while stocks last. We offer two variations fresh from the press: one sweet cider, which is sweet, and one apple juice, which is sour.
The proportion of pears in the apple juice is very small. Legislation allows up to 10% pear in it without having to mention it in the name. We add the pear for flavor reasons. This makes the apple juice taste more balanced.
