Why is there gum arabic in this product and not in Selection nuts?
Hello Elena20, thank you for your question. Without gum arabic, the salt does not stick to the Sun Queen macadamia nuts. It forms a thin film around the nuts and holds the salt in place. The rosemary pepper macadamia nuts from M-Sélection use starch, which forms the film during roasting with which the spices adhere to the nut. These are therefore two different production methods, each using natural ingredients. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
