Summarized ...
«The new chewy candies are very unpopular among customers, as the packaging is extremely difficult to open and the taste is perceived as chemical and inedible. Many miss the old varieties and criticize the reduced size and altered flavors. Overall, most buyers are disappointed and will not repurchase the product.»

Unfortunately, the taste is no longer as good and the packaging is terrible and barely opens
Packaging of the individual sugus very very difficult to open, the sugus itself rock hard and not fine... too bad!
new sugus? rather zugus - grab it and regret it again. tastes like chewing gum after ten minutes and the packaging is a game of patience. nostalgia gone, joy gone. too bad.
Do not buy any more!
- The packaging of the "Zeltli" is difficult to remove and a piece of it always remains attached. Who likes to chew packaging material?
- The different fruit flavors have been changed unfavorably. 08/15 "Zeltli" like the German MAOAM etc.
- Weight reduction compared to the previous version by 1g per Zeltli = more profit with less product.
- Globalization sends its regards. Another example of how a country can be run down. Just hire more "managers" who don't give a shit about quality and only care about money. They are just scammers!
only the original is good
A Classic Swiss chewing gum with a very sweet taste
It's a shame that such a great product has been ruined in this way. Difficult to open and not very tasty. I won't be buying any more Sugus.
What has become of the once legendary sugus?
Once a delight - today just a sad shadow of its former self. These new "Sugus" have neither the bite nor the taste that you remember from your childhood. Instead of a juicy chew, you get a rubbery mass that is more reminiscent of old erasers. The size? Ridiculously shrunk. And the paper? An imposition - you spend more time unwrapping the sweets than eating them.
The gluten-free varieties taste as if someone had randomly mixed flavors together without ever biting into them themselves. Artificial, soapy, sometimes disgusting. Whoever approved this reformulation has obviously never enjoyed a real sugus.
I am disappointed, annoyed and sad at the same time. A cult product has finally been driven against the wall. Never again.
I will no longer buy Sugus, which I usually love so much!!! New packaging, impossible!!! Taste no longer good!
Packaging is shit. Open one of these Sugus while driving...
