Hi Michi2000, thanks for the question. The information is without cheese. The nutritional values refer to the dry product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello As I am trying to lose weight, I pay particular attention to the nutritional values of the products. Now I have noticed that you write on the packet how much 1 portion (62.5 gr. prepared) contains. However, when I measure 62.5 grams as prepared, I only have about 2 tablespoons. That is hardly a portion. You also write on the pack that the entire pack of 250 grams contains 2x 1-2 portions. Based on this, a small portion is 62.5 grams dry. Shouldn't it therefore say 62.5 grams of dry product? I would very much appreciate it if you would state the information in the prepared state: After all, you only scoop after cooking, and only then can you determine your portion size - unless you are only cooking for one person. Incidentally, this applies to all Subito risotto packs. Thank you very much for your reply and best regards

Hello sjeel You are right, the nutritional information is not necessarily self-explanatory. To explain: The nutritional values are per 100g dry product and per portion prepared (= 1/2 bag (≈ 63g dry product) incl. 5g butter). We are happy to inform you that we are currently working on finding a better or more comprehensible solution. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
