Why is rice flour added?
Hello Kafioma, thank you for your inquiry. The rice flour in Subito Riz Casimir is used for binding and gives the product its creamy consistency. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I recently cooked this rice for the first and last time. It is very quick and easy to prepare. So then I tried it: At first, the Riz Casimir tasted good to me. But the longer I ate it, the saltier I found it. At some point, the salty taste got the better of me and I couldn't eat any more. (I had to dispose of the rest).
So I looked on the packet to see how much salt it contained: 30% of the recommended daily requirement, or 1.8g.
I am really disappointed that this product is inedible and unhealthy. It is also incomprehensible to me how Riz Casimir could come onto the market in this composition.
Or was there just too much salt in my packaging?

Many thanks for the information.
I have just sent the details for checking via the contact form.
I am curious to see what the review will reveal.
Hello Anabah
Thank you for sending me the M-data and the lot number.
With the contents of a 170g folding box and after preparation according to the instructions (including water loss after the cooking process), you get about 500g of ready-to-eat Casimir rice.
The 170g contains 5.24g of salt. This results in 1.04g of salt per 100g.
According to our guidelines, a ready-to-eat rice dish may contain 0.8 - 1.2g/100g table salt. This means that the salt content of Subito Riz Casimir is within the usual range for ready meals.
According to our specialists, there is also no production error in this batch.
We are aware that we cannot satisfy every taste with our products. All the more reason for us to hope that you will find a suitable alternative in our wide range of ready meals.
Nevertheless, we wish you a pleasantly sunny rest of the week. Your M-Infoline Team
