Are the calories calculated with or without cheese?
Hi Michi2000, the nutritional values and calories are calculated on the dry product in the pack !?.., it usually says: add butter and/or cheese to taste, which of course increases the calories, or do I not understand your question?

Our favorite risotto. Unfortunately, there's just not enough in it, so I always have to "stretch" it a bit ;-)
