Every year before the heating season, I buy these filters for my Mio Star humidifier, whose water tank I had to refill every day. The new filter cartridges are supposed to be even more efficient? (it says on the box) With the new ones, I have noticed that much less water evaporates, i.e. I only have to refill the water tanks every 3 - 4 days and the humidity on my hygrometer hardly rises! I never reach the required 50% humidity in the living area with the new filters! So I am not at all satisfied with the new filters! I still have 1 unused box and am returning it!!! Please answer me!
Hello nirtac,..oirad, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the filter. So far we have not received any feedback. We will forward the information to the manufacturer. You can of course return the unused filters to your local store. Evaporators are generally rather slow humidifiers. For larger rooms, we recommend a nebulizer or vaporizer.
