The bread, purchased on March 10, 2026, at the Kloten branch in the late afternoon, was really too salty. I have never had bread with so much salt. There were several of us, and everyone thought it was too salty.
I will be avoiding this bread for a long time to come...

Why can't more of this bread, which is clearly healthier than white bread, be put on the shelves? In our village of Melano (TI) there are less than 10 pieces a day and I often find myself standing in front of an empty shelf while there is still more than enough white bread. I don't buy any of that, so I'd rather not buy any bread...!
Not so long ago from Fr. 2.70 to Fr. 2.90 - and now to Fr. 3.20! That's just cheeky of Migros.

Hello Mgrueter, the minimum length is 340 mm, the target length is 360 mm and the maximum length is 380 mm. The Bio Stone Oven Twister rustico has an elongated, irregular, twisted shape. Honey supports the fermentation process in the pre-dough and contributes to the formation of flavor.
