I would have preferred Parisette
If you eat the whole loaf on the same day, it's fine... but a day later, it's already chewy—what a shame.
Good baguette that tastes as fresh as the day it was baked when reheated in the oven (without preheating) at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
