Dear Migros, how quickly should these rolls be eaten once opened? & store at room temperature? Merci & LG
Hello Elepaio, thank you for your inquiry. The Stone Oven Organic Rustico rolls are packaged in a modified atmosphere. As soon as the packaging is opened and comes into contact with oxygen, the stated shelf life is no longer guaranteed. We therefore recommend baking and eating the rolls immediately after opening the packaging. If you want to store the opened pack, it should be kept tightly closed in the freezer. The rolls (organic stone-baked rolls) taste great! Otherwise there is hardly any wholemeal baked bread and certainly not organic. The crust doesn't break away like with most freshly baked bread. No problems with mold either, as so often mentioned here. I opened the pack, stored it in the fridge with the clip closed and ate it over several days. The only problem is that I haven't been able to buy the rolls for months (Migros Passage Frauenfeld). When will they be available again?

Hello, I have also had mold 2 times now. I bought a pack 2 weeks ago and it would have been still moldy until December 15th. The rolls were only moldy on the back but totally. I've also heard from someone where they were also moldy, apparently this happens more often. I just wanted to report this again. Maybe they should be packaged differently.

It's also great that the store management then informs us internally of the lot number. Hello, the pack I received as a replacement was moldy again after a few days, 3 out of 5 rolls and the expiration date was 15.12. I think the packaging is bad and maybe you should keep them in the fridge, yes you have to change something. Because with these grains on it, it just gets moldy quickly. I won't be buying them for the time being and hope that something will be changed.

Hi ok thanks a lot, send the photo including one of the rolls which had little mold as the others were fully moldy at the bottom of the roll. Unfortunately there is nothing on the best before date, but send the photo straight away. Many thanks

The packaging says 425 g or 5x85 g. Unbaked, the rolls together weighed just under 400g. Baked according to the instructions, the rolls were only 70 g each. If you buy them elsewhere, they weigh more unbaked, and when baked they have the stated weight. The customer feels cheated if the weight is so much lower than stated.
The idea of this roll is very good, but it has too much salt, you notice the salt very strongly when eating and two packs for single people would also be an idea, is something planned?
Hello Mivhi, thank you for your feedback on the organic stone oven rustico rolls. We have checked the production records for the last few weeks, but have not been able to find any deviations in the salt content. However, we are keeping this issue on our radar. There are currently no plans to introduce smaller packs. However, the rolls can be stored in a sealed bag in the fridge for up to 3 days. It is also possible to store the rolls in the freezer.
