Hi Spk, The Starbucks Cappuccino Max Havelaar item (item number 204551700000) does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and neither do any gluten traces. If a product's ingredients contain gluten, this should be openly stated by indicating the grains containing gluten (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). So: always read the ingredient list! If there is a possibility that traces of gluten may be present as a result of any contamination that may have occurred during the manufacturing process, it is mandatory to include such a warning ("May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten") at the end of the ingredient list.
