Dark bread is always better. Except for plaited bread. Gluten-free would also be welcome
I think the bread is very tasty. But for a St. Gallen bread, I miss the typical crispiness of the crust. That's why I deduct one star. I would also like to see the light version made from semi-white flour in the range.
