Should you remove the cotyledons when cooking spinach? I noticed a difference in taste when I tested it raw, but I don't know how much influence this taste has on the leaves when cooking.

You should have a choice, like in the Coop, for example.

There are some cooperatives that still have smaller packs in their range. An alternative to this product would be organic spinach. This is available in 200g packs in the larger stores (MMM) between April and September.
