The raw ham would be very good in principle. However, it is unclear to me how such a wafer-thin slice represents added value. It is absolutely impossible to separate the individual slices in such a way that they do not fall apart completely. This makes the product unsuitable for either sandwiches or a platter. I won't be buying it again.
