Sonnenkönig Fresco 900 WiFi 9000 btu Klimagerät

Ordered this air conditioner and it arrived to me without hose connector. I contacted customer service more than a week ago both by email (never got the answer) and by phone( called 3 times to hear "we let you know if we can send the replacement part) they still didn't let me know anything if they send me the replacement part or come to pick up the air conditioner. So it's been more than a week since I can't use it. Now we are in the middle of the week between holiday and weekend I don't know when the answer and solution will come. Plus no telling if I will be able to use it or have to order another one and wait when I get my refund. It is not serious service. I will not order anything here anymore.

Screw cap should also be present on the lower water outlet
