Unfortunately, the lamp does not work Operating instructions were not included.
Hello miakatze05, thank you for your inquiry. We are very sorry that the lamp did not work and that the operating instructions were missing. We apologize for the inconvenience caused ☹. To get the most out of the lamp, we recommend the following procedure:
- Make sure the switch is in the ON position before using the lamp for the first time.
- Charge the lamp in direct sunlight and point the solar cell towards the sun.
- Switch the lamp to OFF during the night and back to ON in the morning. Repeat this process for two days.
- After this preparation, you can leave the lamp permanently ON.
If your lamp does not have an ON/OFF switch, we recommend leaving it to charge in sunlight for two days. Should any discrepancies occur, please do not hesitate to contact us again 😊. We hope these steps will help you! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
