Why do we only find soft ice cream in the flavors coffee and vanilla with chocolate sauce in most stores? Why is strawberry missing in the vast majority of stores? And why have Amarena and Caramel not been available for weeks? When should the season be, if not now?
Amerena and Caramel exist... are available in larger stores...
Hello VSL, thank you for your feedback. The Soft Ice Choco/Vanilla is listed in assortment level 1 nationally and is therefore available in all small and large Migros stores. In contrast, the Strawberry/Vanilla item is only listed in level 4 nationally. In other words, it is mainly available in the large Migros stores and not in the small ones for reasons of space. Does this product contain alcohol in any way? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? In the ingredients it says flavors and vanilla extract. Is it completely alcohol-free? Also, is it suitable for vegetarians, no animal fats? Is E471 of animal origin?
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your inquiry. Basically: Our milk components are lacto-vegetarian, the emulsifiers such as E471 are purely plant-based and our flavourings may contain alcohol. However, the alcohol content of flavourings in the end product is far below 0.3 %. This product contains ethanol in the recipe. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
