Hello, I am looking for M-Budget toilet paper for 3.60 / 12 rolls / recycling / art.no.4958611. You have recently made a big weaving and now it says, no longer available! Is M-Budget toilet paper available again or is that it and I have to pay more than double?!
Hello Checker23, thank you for your question. The M-Budget toilet paper is expected to be available again next week. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

When will they be in action again?
Hello HeinzMeier, we appreciate your interest. However, out of fairness to our other customers, we do not announce in advance when a product is available in promotion. We recommend that you read the Migros magazine and subscribe to our newsletter. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, Why do you no longer sell the large 30-roll packs and only the smaller 12-roll packs? As a result, there's no more action and we spend our time buying new ones. Are you planning to bring them back? Thank you in advance.
Hello laitue_21, thank you for your question. The paper rolls you are looking for are only part of our offer during actions. At the moment, we do not have a corresponding action planned, but we will gladly take your wish into account. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Is this product being discontinued? It is no longer available anywhere in the Wohlen AG region. This product was the only recycled paper from Swiss production in Migros.
Hello argovia1, thank you for your question. Soft recycled toilet paper is still in our range. As of today, it is even available in a 30-pack promotion. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, why do you no longer sell Soft Recycling? I always used this product because it was comfortable and didn't tear. Your product here that replaces it, Soft Confort Recycling, tears every time you use it and leaves pieces everywhere, which is very unpleasant... Can you find a solution to this? If not, I'll have to find another product. Best regards
Hello Andrena, thank you very much for your message. We have simply changed the name of this item, otherwise the product is the same. However, the proportion of short fibers in the tissue of our toilet paper and household paper is relatively high, so paper dust is generated during production - we are talking about paper fibers here. When the machine is started up, vibrations may occur and the fibers may fall onto the paper web. We assure you that this does not present any danger. We apologize for any inconvenience. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello, thank you for your reply. However, it's not the same product and you don't answer my question. I've been using this brand for years, so I know what I'm talking about. It's a real shame that I've changed formulas, because I'm going to have to change products too. Sincerely
Hello Andrena, thank you very much for your new message. We assume that there has unfortunately been a misunderstanding. The article has only been given a new designation. No changes have been made in the manufacturing process. In the early stages of production, however, deviations such as those you describe may occur. Qualitatively, however, the product is usable. We hope that your next package will once again be faultless. Best regards, Chloe from your M-Infoline team
Dear Chloe, there's no misunderstanding, but I'm going to agree with you since you seem to be convinced that a product we've been using for years has changed at the same time as it got a new name, so it's no coincidence. Sincerely
Hello, I made the same discovery today when I bought a new pack of this toilet paper that I've been using for years. Clearly, the quality has changed. It's absolutely not the same, it tears very easily. The 3 layers of sheets are no longer so well bonded together, which leads to stubbornness. It's a real shame, because it was a really good product.
Hello Andrena, thank you very much for your message. We appreciate you reporting the same problem to us again. After clarifying the possible cause of the problem once again with our specialist department, we can provide you with the following information: we can confirm that no changes have been made to the formula of this article. Furthermore, the supplier is still the same. The fact remains, however, that the availability of raw materials is currently limited throughout Europe, and that as a result, on the one hand, costs have risen considerably, and, on the other, qualities have higher tolerance margins. Given these more difficult general conditions, we cannot rule out the possibility that products are currently tearing more quickly, and that sheets are no longer attached to each other as well. As soon as the situation permits, we will immediately make the necessary adjustments to ensure that you receive hygiene products in their usual quality. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and hope that these explanations will be clear to you. Yours sincerely, the M-Infoline team
Hello, it wasn't me who wrote to you but the user "nadecham". By the way, thanks to this person for confirming what I've been saying all along. Sincerely
Hello Andrena, you're right. We apologize for the confusion. We hope our reply has clarified the situation for you. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Good day. I am satisfied with this toilet paper. But I think it's a shame that I can get a comparable product cheaper from the competition (20 rolls, 200 sheets, Fr. 5.49 in promotion Fr. 4.39 ). I'm actually an "M child". The whole price and competition battle gets on my nerves and yet I still ask myself where I should buy the toilet paper. I usually buy it wherever I happen to be.
Hi guest, thank you for your comment. As we don't know which competitor's product you are referring to, we can't give you a precise statement. There are many differences in the processing (grammage, number of layers, recycled content, embossing, origin, etc.), which are not always immediately apparent to customers at first glance. If you like, you can tell us your product, then we can look into the matter. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is recycled toilet paper often printed in color (orange) when it is in action and therefore cheap? That's just nonsense. If I want to do something good for the environment, I don't have to put liters of dye into the waste water, do I?
The clever colorless one is also available, but the other one is usually in action.

Hello guest
Thank you for your inquiry - we understand your arguments.
The reason for the colored recycled products is that we also want to appeal to customers who are committed to recycling but also want toilet paper with a touch of color. In the interests of environmental protection, we also want to appeal to customers who have never used recycled toilet paper before. For them, recycled paper with a lotion or color is a possible alternative.
In addition to M-Budget recycled toilet paper, we also offer two other 100% recycled toilet papers: Soft Recycling and Soft Recycling Supreme, the latter of which has a color print and lotion.
We regularly offer promotional packs of both products and last year we offered the Soft Recycling (colorless) four times colorless and once with color. We also had the Soft Recycling Supreme on special offer twice.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

This toilet paper was my absolute favorite for years. Nowhere else was there such soft and great paper at a comparable price (there was no sign of "recycling"). With the last pack (bought about 3 weeks ago), however, I noticed that the embossing on the paper was new (previously small butterflies, now large green dotted drops) and the paper itself was much harder and rougher. So I can't recommend the product at all and won't be buying it again. What a pity.
Hi Miggy_
Thank you for your feedback. We currently have two Soft Recycling toilet papers in our range:
- Soft Recycling (butterfly embossing, article number 5262.220)
- Soft Recycling Supreme (green drop embossing, item number 5262.219)
You can therefore continue to purchase your preferred product. Have you possibly just got the wrong one?

As has already been mentioned, I have to say that I have been buying this toilet paper for years and was very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. But the latest pack I bought is a complete disappointment. I'm just "waiting" for it all to be used up so that I can finally buy and use a pleasant toilet paper again. The layers, although there are still 3 of them, are wafer-thin; I don't think I need to explain any further. Completely wrong "further" development. I am extremely disappointed. I will probably buy a competitor's product, although I am otherwise very loyal to Migros.
Dear guest
To enable us to investigate this matter, we require a sample of the item in question for examination. We therefore ask you to send us the toilet paper including the original packaging to the following address or hand it in at the customer service desk of your branch:
