How does this cream feel on the skin? Sticky, does it make you sweat more, greasy? Or rather light, cooling, pleasant?

What does mattifying mean in this context? Does it rub off on the clothes? Or does the skin then appear white?
Mattifying means that the skin looks as if it has been lightly powdered, just matt and not shiny.
However, not everyone likes this feeling on the skin.
