Please accept our apologies for the waiting time and the inconvenience caused by the product. After thorough investigation, we can confirm that we found no irregularities in the samples we received or in the associated manufacturing documents. The most obvious suspicion seems to us to be that the light color of the syrup was caused by oxidation. The reaction suggests that the production date was somewhat longer ago. This may affect the color intensity, but should have no effect on the taste. Based on your experience, we are keeping a close eye on this issue. Adjustments will be made if necessary.
