My family was delighted when we received the "test packet"!
The syrup is a real taste sensation. At first it tastes very refreshingly of mint and then the tartness of the lime comes to the fore as a "finish". We have never experienced a syrup like this before.
A truly versatile syrup. Whether pure with Blöterli water, as an addition to cocktails, in Prosecco, in tea or with strawberries. Simply delicious and a joy to try out and see what else it could go with. The bottle was quickly empty and we had to get a refill :-)
It's almost a shame that the syrup is only available in a small bottle.
If only the weather would go with it...
