How many kcal does this syrup have per 100ml of pure syrup?
Hi Michi2000, the nutritional information for the syrup refers to 100ml of diluted syrup (1+6). This is noted accordingly on the bottle, unfortunately the "diluted" is not displayed online due to a technical problem. If you multiply the calorie content of the diluted syrup (6 kcal) by the dilution factor (1+ 6 =7) (i.e. 6 kcal x 7), you will get the calorie content for 100ml of undiluted syrup (42 kcal). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has this syrup been discontinued? I can no longer find it in Thalwil
Hello mala25, we have not changed the availability of the syrup since the beginning of 2021. There is also no interruption in supply, you can check the stocks in your area online. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Still not available neither on the Silvercoast nor on the Goldcoast. So what's the point now?
Available in my Migros...
Hi mala25, thanks for the question. The syrup should be regularly available. You can check availability directly at the following link: https://www.migros.ch/en/product/121513600000. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
yes, that's exactly what I did and it's not available around Lake Zurich
Hello mala25, thank you for your feedback. Due to the rather low demand, the syrup is only available in selected stores. Around Lake Zurich, for example, the branches in Wädenswil, Rapperswil Sonnenhof, Rüti ZH and Lachen should have stocks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why was the Orange Zero syrup taken out of the range? There are only 2 Zero syrups and the many other syrups contain huge amounts of sugar. You could take out one with sugar and keep a Zero instead. And then they say there are too many overweight people.... Too bad.
Hello Migros customer15, I was happy to discuss your request with the specialist department. They have informed us that we have effectively removed the product from our range. Unfortunately, it was not as popular with all our customers as it was with you. I understand what you mean - it's hard to let go of a cherished product. Our specialist department has been informed that you miss Zero Syrup Orange and would like it back. However, there are currently no plans to offer it again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Grüezi. Are the flavors alcohol-free and otherwise alcohol-free? Many thanks and best regards
Hello fatihoeztuerk, thank you for your inquiry about Zero Hugo syrup. The product contains flavorings that contain alcohol as a carrier. However, the syrup itself is alcohol-free. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is the product only available in so few stores? Horgen, for example, also has a larger branch, but does not stock this syrup. It makes no sense to drive there every time. Doesn't Migros want to sell?
Hello chrish, thank you for your contribution. We understand your point, but it's up to the stores themselves to decide which products they want to offer. Depending on the space available, not everything can be on the shelves. We ask for your understanding and best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hi @VreniGStrange, then the details online are probably not correct, according to availability they should be there. When was the last time you looked for it? If not, you can also call the branch you want and ask for it so you don't have to go there: https://filialen.migros.ch/de/Erlenbach-Erlibacher-Maert/0150185 Ihope this helps you. Best regards, Simone
Hello @Simone_Migros, just today I went to the Erlenbach ZH branch AGAIN; it's not available there. Should I call all the other branches? And, again, I couldn't find anything online :-( Does the link next to this product work at all??? When I entered another zip code, nothing came up either....!? Best regards

Dear @VreniGSorry, we must have had a technical problem. The item is only available in larger stores. The stores in Küssnacht ZH, Erlenbach, Zollikon Dorf and Zumikon do not have the item in their range. Thalwil has the item listed, but is on the other side of Lake Zurich. The nearest store that stocks the item would be Witikon-Zentrum. I hope this helps you. Best regards, Simone

Hello, are the nutritional values given per 100 ml of syrup or per 100 ml of fortified drink (i.e. water including syrup)?
Hello VreniG, The nutritional values on the Hugo Zero syrup refer to the prepared drink (1 part syrup and 6 parts water). Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
