Summarized ...

«The vegan mozzarella alternative receives mixed reviews. Some customers appreciate its texture and taste in salads, while others criticize the strong coconut flavor and consistency. Overall, it is seen as a good but improvable option.»

We didn't like it at all

A very good alternative to mozza. I prefer it raw, in a salad, as it doesn't melt so well when cooked.

Absolutely inedible
Would like to give 5 stars minus, but that's not possible....
Who invents and "assembles" such "foods"?

Ingenious vegan cheese alternative

tiptop on the pizza, I have never tried it pure

I didn't like it at all. Rather peculiar texture and non-existent taste

very fine for caprese! doesn't melt so well

Consistency is ok, flavor is better

In my opinion, it doesn't have much to do with mozzarella.
Taste: I don't like the very present coconut flavor.
Consistency: When raw, it's more like pudding than mozzarella. When melted, it has the consistency of béchamel sauce. At least in terms of nutritional value, it contains more protein than some other vegan cheeses

Very great product (like almost everything from Simply V). One of very few really good vegan mozzarelle (aka vozzarelle). One star deduction for the expensive price.
