Screw parts were missing, I only got an answer after the third request to Migros Service. The furniture has been sitting unfinished in the living room for a month. The instructions are terrible.

Beautiful and robust base cabinet in good quality. The assembly was fairly simple and logical - comparable with furniture from Sweden. One part of our delivery was faulty and we received a replacement within a few days. Very satisfied!

The furniture is totally convincing, lots of storage space and good quality. Would buy it again.

I was quite disappointed with the furniture. On the website, the wood looks high quality, whereas in real life it looks cheaply laminated. I wouldn't order it again for this high price.

The furniture is about IKEA quality and therefore costs too much. The construction plan contains errors (holes are incorrectly marked) and is cumbersome (each piece of material has a letter that you have to look up again and again). The drawer supports run very well, but are full of grease from top to bottom, which doesn't go well with the super delicate (dark) surface on which you can see every fingerprint. Not a single screw head is countersunk, they all stick out and the chrome(?) coating on the legs is uneven and missing in places. If I hadn't bought it at that price, I would have known all this beforehand.

Average value for money. The quality is correct but the price is really exaggerated. The overall design of the unit is poor: when a drawer is pulled out, the unit tilts forward. I don't think fixing the unit to the wall is a good solution to this problem, and what's more, it's impossible in my home because of the shape of the water inlet. The bar in the middle of the drawers (which replaces 2 handles that would have cost more to produce) takes up a lot of space for the bottom drawer. I thought I'd have spacious drawers, but I'm losing storage volume because of a poor design...

unfortunately parts are missing, now the thing is half-finished in the way with various individual parts... of course i have already reported it and am waiting for an answer. you might think you are doing this for the first time and i would be the first with this feedback...

The 2 cabinet drawer doors were missing from the package. I couldn't finish assembling it. I've written and I'm waiting to hear whether Micasa will send me the 2 doors, despite the fact that the 30 days have passed by a few days (due to the move).
