I'm always on the lookout for hot sauce for my husband. Can this also be used simply as a dip, e.g. with momos?
Hello sweetycris, of course you can also dip the Sempio Gochujang paste into momos. As with everything, it's a matter of taste. For lovers of spicy sauces, it would certainly be worth a try! The paste is a little too thick for dipping. You either have to make a sauce out of it, e.g. a bibimbap sauce. Or you can simply buy the Sempio Gochujang bibimbap sauce from Migros Online. It's great for dipping spring rolls, gyoza or even chicken nuggets
