Due to the poor reviews, I gave the sauce as a Christmas present as a joke. The feedback was better than expected :-D. However, the sauce does not meet the expected standard of a Sélection product (and price). It is not seasoned enough, has a somewhat artificial taste and the consistency is too watery.

It just tastes artificial and nothing else. The sauce probably only saw the truffle waving from afar. Very disappointing!

Pseudo Rahmsösli made from water, starch and thickener with a little cream and milk. Tastes as artificial as the ready-made Zürigeschnetzeltes for the microwave. You won't find any truffle or other flavors here; the only thing that makes it a selection is the price.

The sauce has zero flavor and is not worth its price in the slightest. I will never buy this sauce again.
