So this Torta della nonna is awesome, it's available at Christmas time, but I've got a supply and it's always in the freezer By the way, it's also delicious in summer, love it!

Very fine. Very easy just to defrost. Rather on the upper limit with the sweetness. Heavenly almond slivers and the dough is wonderful, despite defrosting. The taste is also convincing in other respects 👍
