I am very surprised that even a Sélection (premium) product is not made properly and contains cheap, unecological palm oil instead of the correct cocoa butter...?! Why should you pay a high price for junk ingredients?

I read:
"Cocoa mass, sugar, clarified butter (milk), humectants: sorbitol and E 422, water, cream powder, cocoa nibs 4.5 %, cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: soy lecithin, ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder 0.1 %, invertase, flavoring."

The palm oil was just a precaution in case Migros had the idea of smuggling in cheap palm fat if the recipe was changed. After all, the Sélection Pavés(http://www.migipedia.ch/de/lebensmittel/suesswaren/pralines/selection-pave-grand-cru-madagascar/112g1?post=175325#post-175325) do contain palm fat. So it is not absurd to fear that the (vegan) alternative to the cheap removal of the butter mountain is palm fat for Migros.

We would like to completely dispense with the use of palm oil. Unfortunately, there are not many alternatives to palm oil or palm kernel oil, as compatibility with cocoa butter must be guaranteed. However, if palm kernel oil is used at all, it is generally only contained in fillings or glazes, not in the chocolate mass. Migros is a member of the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil). The RSPO is a central organization that advocates and promotes sustainable palm oil cultivation methods, thus actively reducing environmental damage. Migros is also actively involved in the palm oil working group of European retailers.
