Unpleasant surprise. Irish beef normally has a strong flavor. Not so our piece, which comes across as rather bland. Then there's the uneven cut of the piece, which varies from one end to the other, which was of course cleverly concealed in the sealed packaging. CHF 85 / kg is never, ever worth it. Sélection stands for "premium". This piece was "medium" at best and therefore hopelessly overpriced. Edible yes, a pleasure - no. An M better? Perhaps another time...
