Hello, are the ingredients pasteurized? Question due to pregnancy. Nothing is indicated on the packaging.
Hello Melechnele, ricotta and mascarpone are made from pasteurized milk/cream and, for hygiene reasons, liquid egg, a pasteurized egg mass, is also used. Furthermore, the ravioli are heated before consumption, so the product can also be consumed without hesitation during pregnancy.

Can this raviolone also be frozen?
Can you freeze all dry products? or am I wrong?
They are fresh pasta and do not keep for long in the fridge.
Hello Elena20, thank you for your inquiry. It is possible to freeze the product, but it is not recommended. The consistency of the dough is not the same after defrosting (the dough is softer) and the creaminess of the filling is also not up to the standard of refrigerated storage. If it cannot be avoided, the original shells (possibly without the cardboard sleeve, but without crushing the shell) should be frozen as soon as possible after purchase. Ideally, the raviolone should be defrosted in the refrigerator before use. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
