Can this raclette cheese be frozen? So is it still edible once it has defrosted?
Hi sandymaus64, the Sélection truffle raclette cheese can be frozen like any other raclette cheese. When freezing, however, make sure that the packaging is as airtight as possible. Raclette cheese can be kept frozen for up to 3 months. Best wishes, your M-Infoline team
