Hi, there,
I just ate your ice cream.
The texture and slight salty taste almost made me forget the long day at work I've just had. You've taken me back to the beach for the scoop I've just had after a wonderful meal with my father. He himself, Italian by adoption and a great lover of gourmet desserts, was captivated by the delicacy and intensity of the pistachio.
However, we were intrigued.
What does elaborate mean in Switzerland? 🇨🇭
Until you reply, I wish you a pleasant evening.

Dear Migros team, will this ice cream be available at Migros Matzingen in the future? That would be great. Yours sincerely, Soeren
Hello Soerenless, thank you for your message. The product Sélection PURE Pistacchio Sicilia, 160384300000 is only available in larger stores. Unfortunately, space on our shelves is limited depending on the store, so we cannot offer the entire range in all supermarkets. We have an established strategy for store design so that our stores of a similar size look the same. This means that all stores of a similar size in Switzerland have the same basic range. For the rest of the product range, we do not work with individual items, but with so-called product range groups - also to ensure uniformity in the stores. Whether a product is offered in a smaller store depends, among other things, on customer demand in the larger stores. If the demand for a product is high, it has a good chance of being promoted to another product range level and thus also being sold in smaller stores. We regret that we are currently unable to meet your request, but it has been submitted to our specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is the egg yolk in the ice cream pasteurized? Thank you for your answer
Hello Usab. We pasteurize all our ice cream mixes before filling. We also microbiologically test all the ice creams we produce in the laboratory so that we can guarantee impeccable quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
