Hello Vanhir, milk and cream are pasteurized. For hygienic reasons, liquid egg, a pasteurized egg mass, is used in the industrial production of foodstuffs. Hello, your PURE Chocolate Santo Domingo ice cream is almost perfect! For a big-box ice cream, it's a class act. However, I find your PURE Coffee Blue Mountain a little bland. Have you tried adding 3% coffee to it? Between you and me: I only buy ice creams like that anymore! Otherwise I have to make them myself, and as luck would have it, I use the same ingredients.
