Not enough boletus flavor in my opinion. And personally, I'm not a fan of walnuts, which don't add anything.
Wonderful in winter... For dinner with a piece of excellent bread.

The first editions of this soup were quite good in terms of taste and the proportion of walnuts and porcini mushrooms. Now, however, the soup doesn't even deserve a star: far too thick, tree nuts and porcini mushrooms have to be added, and the taste is mush. I am very disappointed.
