Is the peel pesticide-free? I'd like to make some tepache ☺️
Hi Eldw, thank you very much for your inquiry. The peel of our Ananas Sélection is generally not intended for consumption. Although pesticide residues are strictly monitored by us and regulated by law, we cannot guarantee that the peel is completely free of residues. For beverages or recipes that also use the peel (e.g., tepache), we therefore recommend using only the fruit pulp. We hope this information is helpful. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
