It offers a slightly bitter taste, combined with sweet, delicate citrus notes, lingering pleasantly on the palate and helping to boost energy. Every morning, a generous tablespoon, or even more, dissolved in a large glass of mineral water at room temperature, or the whole jar if necessary, is consumed for optimal rebalancing. This product is my favorite. Although I've had the opportunity to taste several Greek honeys of excellent quality, each with its own nuances of taste and smell, this one remains my preferred choice. What's more, it's frequently out of stock, which testifies to its popularity.
