I would like to see more egg and butter flavor, which is actually the characteristic taste of a panettone. The candied peel is not over-sweetened, but the cedrat pieces in particular have very little flavor.
All in all: it's good to eat and the packaging also makes a good gift, but for me it's not a premium (industrial) panettone, I know better ones for less money

The texture and taste are not worthy of a panettone. It lacks the airiness, the fine yeast flavor, in fact everything that makes a real panettone. Under "Sélection" I expect something special, and the product fulfills this expectation - in a negative sense. Too bad for the expensive money.
cottonseed oil ? More sunflower oil ! Shameful, real panettone is made with butter ! If people would learn to read labels and not just look at prices there would be better things on the market !
