Hello,
Could you please give some indication of how this product was cooked? What is the maximum cooking temperature and for how long (excluding sterilization)?

Please state the fishing method clearly: The accompanying label on the packaging says by line (which is more sustainable), here in the text it says by hook and longline. Which is correct and how can I find out more?
Hello Kretschi, thank you for your message. The official fishing method for this MSC albacore tuna is with hook and longline. This is correctly stated in our specification. On the current product in the booklet, the specification is given with the rather general but valid reference "fishing". According to the new food regulation, the official fishing method must be listed from productions in May 2021.
