Hello dear Migros, why do you use 100% Belgian chocolate for a "Sélection" mousse? Switzerland has the very best chocolate ever - it would more than deserve the title "Sélection" (of course Belgian chocolate is also fine, but Migros also stands for "from the region" - and our chocolate here is really something to be proud of, I'm sure you can make the same fine mousse with it :-)
@Hailqueen This product has been labeled "From the region. For the region." has nothing to do with it. It is made in Belgium, which is why it is logical that Belgian chocolate is used.

@Hailqueen There is no such thing as regional chocolate, as the basic ingredients are cocoa beans (products), all of which come from Central, South America, Africa or South-East Asia. Swiss or Belgian chocolate only indicates the processing location where the finished chocolate is made from the individual imported raw materials.
