(I'm a cook) I buy raviolis and tortellinis all the time but they have such an aftertaste I don't know if it's the dough or the filling. The soaked ricotta makes them a bit soggy when you eat them. I won't buy them again, but unfortunately I can't recommend them, but the ones from Anna's best are really good, even the ones from M Buget
