However, my only complaint is that in all the versions so far, the dough of the ravioli has had holes (small holes in the dough, broken off, etc.) so that the contents flowed into the cooking water. With a product like this, you would expect it to be carefully wrapped. Too bad. I had waited a long time because I was hoping it would be put right. I bought 2 packs this week, in these 2 packs 7 ravioli were defective in the dough. Can't this be improved?

I'm replying to the M-Infoline team here. Unfortunately I no longer have the packs, but it has happened to me several times, not only with the Black Angus beef filling, but also with other fillings. I think it has to do with the fact that the packaging is careless and any damaged bags are not sorted out.
Hello brunino, thank you for your feedback. Defective ravioli are not normally sold, as we can see irregularities thanks to the transparent film and sort out the affected ravioli. We therefore assume that the pasta is visually flawless and that the adhesion is only insufficient during preparation. It is possible that the ravioli have been damaged by mechanical influences, for example during storage or when stacking in the display case. It is also possible that the filling lost liquid due to temperature fluctuations, which got into the edges.
