How are these melons selected? Why is the quality so uneven (one good, one not so good)?
Hello Gottlieb59, thank you for your message. Our reply has taken some time to reach you, for which we apologize. Sélection melons are distinguished above all by their size and higher sugar content. Generally speaking, we apply the same quality standards throughout the season, on the basis of which the melons are inspected both at the supplier's and our premises. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to stock fruit at optimum ripeness. On the one hand, the merchandise must be perfectly ripe and full of flavor when it arrives in the stores, and on the other, it must withstand transport well and not rot just a few days after being purchased. These are two completely opposite requirements. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
