Good for the heart
Totally dried out. I've never had such puny black garlic. Hardly peelable. I no longer buy black garlic from Migros selection.

Until about 2 years ago, this garlic was available "normally". Then a "Selection" packaging was simply put over it and the price "adjusted" accordingly.
Especially as the quality is not good (dried out).
It tastes very special, tempting and very healthy. You could become addicted!
I prefer to buy local and organic black garlic because this one is a bit dry.
