The worst fondue I've ever had. The cheese separated completely from the fat. I tried it twice as I only used half of it the first time. It wasn't edible and the cheese wasn't good either. I would prefer to give it 0 stars.
Best Migros fondue!
Very good but a little salty
Tasty, not too salty and super creamy
Prepared according to the recipe on the packet, it was too firm in consistency. It should be a little runnier!
Very tasty and great consistency. Not too heavy like other fodues
Should have more flavor
Really delicious
Uniquely creamy
I made the fondue according to the instructions and was surprised that the cornflour was already in it. Even after a few minutes at the right temperature, the end result was a thin, barely thickened sauce that really couldn't be called a fondue. The cornstarch had probably just been left on the side. To save the evening, I added cornstarch twice with as little wine as possible to bind the fondue and make it a little thicker. That also helped a bit. At least you could eat it. But it was far from a perfect fondue. It was still not nicely thickened and while eating it, you had to constantly worry that it would fall apart. Unfortunately, I don't have any synthetic food emulsifiers, which is a shame for the cheese that I really like and that's why I bought it. Next time I will buy the cheese from the cheese shop again and make my own selection. It definitely works.
