I bought it today because I thought it didn't contain rennet. :(
and now it says: "After the rennet culture has been stirred in"
but there is nothing about rennet in the ingredients! -> Greek soft cheese, full-fat, made from pasteurized sheep's and goat's milk. Total salt content: 3%
and original Greek feta is produced without rennet.
