How to do it
Hello John, thank you for your question. You can serve the crème cold or warm, depending on your preference. If you serve it cold, simply sprinkle the caramel sugar over the crème and leave to soak for a short time. However, if you serve it warm, you will need to place it in the oven for a few minutes after dusting with sugar. Preheat the oven to the highest setting, caramelize the crème with the door open and then leave to cool briefly. We wish you a good appetite! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does the product contain raw eggs?
Hello Weinundco Thank you for your question. The Sélection Crème Brûlée does not contain raw eggs, as this significantly reduces the shelf life. The product is heated before it goes on sale. We hope this helps you and wish you happy holidays! Best regards from the M-Infoline team

I'm doing my high school diploma work on crème brûlée. As I'm studying the various processes involved in caramelizing cream, I've also tasted yours, and found your method of caramelization very interesting. So I'd like to ask you a question: how do you caramelize the sugar by just pouring it over the surface of the crème brûlée without using a blowtorch?
Thank you in advance for your answer.
Dear customer,
Many thanks for your request.
The sugar in the little bag that comes with the crème brûlée is a 100% natural sugar blend. The manufacturing process and the choice of sugars remain a production secret, so we are not in a position to give you any further information.
We're sorry we can't give you more information. Nevertheless, we wish you every success with your diploma thesis.
Best regards Your M-Infoline team

yes, really! without instructions on how to bake it in the oven? how long? how hot? that's really disappointing, all wonderful, but without the main thing...
Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback. From this month, we will be writing on the packaging how the crème brûlée should be prepared. It's best to put it in the oven at 220°C for about two to three minutes and then leave it to cool for two minutes.
Best wishes from the M-Infoline team

How should I eat this product? Should it be cooked? How long does it take? How can you release a product in 2012 and not put anything on it as an instruction?
