If you serve it cold, simply sprinkle the caramel sugar over the crème and leave to soak for a short time. However, if you serve it warm, you will need to place it in the oven for a few minutes after dusting with sugar. Thank you for your feedback. From this month, we will be writing on the packaging how the crème brûlée should be prepared. It's best to put it in the oven at 220°C for about two to three minutes and then leave it to cool for two minutes.

Instructions will soon appear on the packaging (as soon as the next packages are printed).
This dessert can be served hot or cold, as you prefer.
Cold: pour the contents of the sachet (caramelized sugar) over the cream and wait 2 to 3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved.
Hot: place the tray in the oven under the hot grill for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the contents of the sachet over the cream (caramelized sugar), waiting 2 minutes before serving.
Do not microwave.
