Good taste and above all from Switzerland!!!
It's not so new as this Swiss caviar has been on the shelves for a while and only for a limited time. I had already bought some in 2017 to please my mother who concluded after tasting that it had no taste because she felt like eating water ... she was so used to the Russe, which is stronger in the mouth and has a bigger character. As far as I'm concerned, I find it very honest, even if it is indeed light on the palate. It reminds me of Italian caviar, from Coop, which Mam's also said wasn't as good as Russian. True, but it's much more expensive and honestly it envelops me too much. As for the cat, it enjoyed licking the bottom of the jar. Personally, I'd drink it with a real Russian tea, which you can get from a teapacker, or with an English breakfast, always to be bought from a tea merchant to avoid drinking a bag of dust.
Very tasty pasteurized caviar. However, it cannot be consumed like fresh caviar. The side dish is a must.
